Garlic Cauliflower recipe – (Serves 4-6) Cooking time – 9 min
1 small Cauliflower (cut into medium florets)
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1 pod garlic (crushed) or 1 tbsp garlic paste
2 green chillies (finely chopped)
2 tsp Soya sauce
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
¼ cup tomato ketchup
½ cup tomato puree
2 tbsp cornflour (dissolved in ½ cup water)
2 tbsp oil
1.Mix oil, garlic, green chillies, Soya sauce, salt and pepper.
2.Add the cauliflower florets and mix well
3.Micro high covered for 4 minutes.
4.Add puree, ketchup and cornflour. Stir well.
5.Micro high for 5 minutes or till thick. Stir once in between.
6.Add chopped coriander and serve hot.
Tip – Use an 8″ round and 3″ deep dish with cover.
