Chop
one onion finely, and slice the other into rings. |

Heat
the oil in a frying pan and cook the chopped onions gently until
transparent |

Remove
from the pan and mix with the paneer/nutrela. Add salt and pepper. |

Divide
in two and form each into a round cutlet. |

Shallow
fry these and the onion rings over moderate heat, adding oil
if necessary. |

Slit
the buns in half and apply some butter on the cut side. Lightly
toast the buttered side on a hot girdle (tawa). |

Sandwich
the burger cutlets and onion rings between the two pieces
of the bun and serve immediately. |
