Cauliflower recipe - (Serves

small Cauliflower (cut into medium florets)
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1 pod garlic (crushed) or 1 tbsp garlic paste
2
green chillies (finely chopped)
2 tsp Soya sauce
½
tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
¼ cup tomato ketchup
½
cup tomato puree
2 tbsp cornflour (dissolved in ½ cup water)
2 tbsp oil

Mix
oil, garlic, green chillies, Soya sauce, salt and pepper. |

Add
the cauliflower florets and mix well |

Micro high covered for 4 minutes. |

Add puree, ketchup and cornflour. Stir well. |

Micro
high for 5 minutes or till thick. Stir once in between. |

Add
chopped coriander and serve hot. |

- Use an 8" round and 3" deep dish with cover. |
