150 gm spinach
1 ¾ cups milk
3 tbsp flour (maida)
¾ tsp freshly ground pepper
200 gm paneer (cut into ½” cubes)
¾ -1 tsp salt, or to taste
1.Wash spinach leaves discarding the stems.
2.Chop and wash again. Drain water.
3.Micro high spinach covered for 5 minutes.
4.In a bowl, mix milk and flour well with a beater, so that there are no lumps.
5.Add to the spinach. Micro high for 3 minutes. Stir once in between.
6.Add paneer, salt and pepper.
7.Micro high covered for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot
Tip – Served with buttered toasts and soup, makes a complete meal. Prepare the dish till step 6. Just before serving put it in the microwave oven for the last step.
