| Spinach
with Cottage Cheese recipe - (Serves

gm spinach
1 ¾ cups milk
3 tbsp flour (maida)
¾ tsp freshly ground pepper
200 gm paneer (cut into ½" cubes)
¾ -1 tsp salt, or to taste

Wash
spinach leaves discarding the stems. |

Chop
and wash again. Drain water. |

Micro
high spinach covered for 5 minutes. |

In
a bowl, mix milk and flour well with a beater, so that there
are no lumps. |

Add
to the spinach. Micro high for 3 minutes. Stir once in between. |

Add
paneer, salt and pepper. |
| 7. |
Micro
high covered for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot |
| Tip
- Served with buttered toasts and soup, makes a complete
meal. Prepare the dish till step 6. Just before serving
put it in the microwave oven for the last step. |
