Kadhai Paneer Recipe

Kadhai Paneer recipe- (Serves 4) Cooking time – 6 min – easy paneer recipes

200 gm paneer (cut in ½” cubes)
2 tbsp oil
5-6 flakes garlic (crushed)
2 tbsp readymade tomato puree
1 tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
¾ tsp red chilli powder, or to taste
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp garam masala
1 capsicum (cut into thin long strips)

1.In a dish add oil and garlic. Micro high uncovered for 2 minutes.

2.Add tomato puree, salt, sugar, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Mix well.

3.Add capsicum. Mix. Micro high uncovered for 3 minutes.

4.Add paneer. Mix well. Keep aside.

5.At serving time, Micro high covered for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
