Chocolate Crinkles - easy Chocolate recipe

115 gm plain chocolate
1 tsp butter (preferably unsalted)
3 tea cups cornflakes
2 tbsp raisins (kishmish)

1. Break chocolate into a bowl that fits over another saucepan which has boiling water.
2. Add butter. Stir occasionally until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.
3. Remove it from the heat and add the cornflakes and raisins.
4. Mix the ingredients gently so that the cornflakes are all coated with chocolate.
5. Spoon heaped tablespoons of mixture into the paper cases or small bowls (katoris).
6. Set aside in the refrigerator until firm.

Apple Crumble recipe

4 apples
3 tbsp sugar, or to taste
3 bread slices
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp butter
8-10 almonds (sliced)
10-12 raisins (kishmish)

Method

1. Peel the apples. Cut into small pieces.
2. Add sugar and 2 tbsp water. Pressure cook for 5 minutes.
3. Process the bread in the mixer to form breadcrumbs.
4. Add sugar and butter to the breadcrumbs.
5. Arrange the stewed apples on a flat pie dish.
6. Spread the bread mixture on top.
7. Sprinkle almonds and raisins over it.
8. Bake in the oven till the breadcrumbs are crisp.

Tip - You can use any other fruit like pineapple, peaches, etc.
