Matchstick Block

Matchsticks
Craft knife
Fevicol or Vamicol
Cardboard Piece
Carbon Paper

1. Choose a design for the block. The design should be composed of only lines
2. Copy the design onto the cardboard piece using a carbon paper
3. Cut off the heads from the matchsticks, using the knife.
4. Apply adhesive to one side of a matchstick
5. Stick it on a line in the design
6. Similarly cover all the lines with matchsticks.

Safety tip - Be careful while using the knife.

1. Thin the paint slightly onto the plate.
2. Coat the block with the paint, using the brush.
3. Now press the block, with the painted side down, onto the surface being decorated.

Tip - wipe clean the block in between stamping
